Strengthening Leaders. Advancing the Gospel.

Dear Destiny Network Family,

As we continue moving through this year together, we are grateful for the relationships, conversations, and moments of encouragement happening across the network. God continues to strengthen leaders, restore hearts, and position churches for greater impact.

Thank you for being part of this family. We believe there is great momentum ahead.

WHAT’S HAPPENING

Healing the Heart Pastors Retreat Recap

This past April, something new happened within the Destiny Network family — and we believe it marks a meaningful step forward for all of us.

For the first time in our network’s history, we hosted a Healing the Heart Retreat specifically designed for Senior Pastors, led by Lee and Denise Boggs of Living Waters Ministry.

One of the most important reminders from the retreat was this:

Healing is not just for moments of crisis. It is part of the journey of healthy leadership.

The next Healing the Heart Retreat for Senior Pastors is scheduled for February 2027. We encourage every pastor in the network to prayerfully consider attending.

You can also learn more about Living Waters Ministry and available retreats for your church leaders and congregation at: livingwatersministry.com

You have a S.E.A.T. at this table — and that seat includes space to be renewed.

- Pastor Diana Rivera

What made this moment so powerful wasn’t just what happened during the retreat — it was what it represented: a network committed not only to equipping leaders externally, but also creating space for healing, renewal, and wholeness internally.

Lee and Denise Boggs have faithfully ministered healing and restoration for more than 25 years through Living Waters Ministry, and we are deeply grateful for the safe place they created for our pastors.

VOICES from the NETWORK

An excerpt from THRONE LIFE by Pastor Tony Rivera

We live in a moment of deep global disruption. Every system—political, economic, religious—is shaking. The world is in search of true leadership, and creation is groaning for the revealing of the sons and daughters of God (Romans 8:19). It is into this moment that God is releasing a blueprint—not merely for individual spiritual growth, but for Kingdom governance. God is positioning a people who will not only carry His name but also walk in His authority. This is the call to rule well.

Throne Life: Blueprint for Ruling Well” is a prophetic and theological framework for that call. It is not about titles or thrones of gold—it’s about ruling from intimacy with Christ, about governing with a heart that’s been formed in the fire of faithfulness. It is about learning to live from the throne room of heaven while walking out His will in the earth.

This book traces the journey of one of Scripture’s greatest kings—David—not to simply study his legacy but to unlock a spiritual roadmap. David’s life offers more than history; it offers a blueprint. His journey from Bethlehem to Zion, from shepherd to sovereign, is the story of every believer who is willing to be formed by God, filled with His presence, and faithful in their assignment.

There are four distinct spiritual stages in David’s life that this book explores:

• Bethlehem: The place of hidden obedience. This is where private devotion builds public authority.

• Adullam: The cave of brokenness. It’s in this place of desperation that God refines identity and prepares leaders.

• Hebron: The land of covenant. Here, God knits people together for purpose, testing alignment and loyalty.

• Zion: The place of rulership. A realm of glory, government, and generational impact.

Each of these locations represents more than geography; they are spiritual dimensions. They are essential stages in the formation of those who are called to throne life. And none of them can be skipped. You cannot reign in Zion if you have not been faithful in Bethlehem. You cannot carry the weight of spiritual authority if you have not been forged in the cave. You cannot steward influence if you have not been tested in covenant. In a generation seeking platform before process, we need David’s pattern more than ever.

Many today are hungry for influence, but few are willing to be hidden. We want the crown without the cross. We want kingdom impact without the wilderness. But the blueprint for ruling well has never changed. Before there is reigning, there must be refining. Before you build the palace, you must survive the pit. This is the tension, and the truth, of the throne life.

Why This Book Now?

Because we are at a prophetic tipping point…

The Church stands at a crossroads—either we will embrace our calling to rule in righteousness and humility, or we will remain distracted by performance, competition, and celebrity culture. Jesus did not die simply to give us a ticket to heaven. He died to usher us into a kingdom, to form a governing people who would bring heaven to earth. That mandate requires more than attendance and inspiration—it demands transformation.

The world needs a Church that doesn’t just preach from pulpits but governs from places of prayer. A Church that doesn’t imitate culture but shapes it. A Church that understands how to access the throne of grace and legislate God’s will in the nations.

The Church must move from mere survival to sovereignty—not worldly control, but spiritual authority.

You were born again not just to be saved, but to reign with Christ (2 Timothy 2:12; Revelation 5:10). You were rescued from darkness to rule in light. Throne Life is your inheritance—not in the sweet by and by, but here and now.

Who Is This Book For?

This book is for every believer who knows they are called to more.

It’s for:

• Pastors weary from performance and ready to lead from a place of rest and authority.

• Leaders longing for formation that is deeper than strategy—formation that builds thrones, not just stages.

• Disciples who want more than spiritual maintenance—they want to walk in Kingdom dominion.

• Churches and ministries ready to realign with God’s original intent: not to build empires, but to establish Kingdom outposts in the earth.

If your heart burns for awakening, this book is for you.

If you’ve been in a season of obscurity and pain, wondering if God still sees you, this book is for you.

If you’re standing at the edge of promise, but unsure how to step into purpose, this book is your guide.

You were not saved to simply survive. You were saved to rule. You were called to reign. You were chosen for Zion.

What to Expect

Each chapter of Throne Life unfolds a different stage of David’s journey and unpacks key lessons, scriptural insights, and practical applications. You’ll discover:

• How spiritual authority is cultivated through hiddenness, not hype.

• Why caves and covenants are essential to sustainable leadership.

• The difference between anointing and appointing—and why timing matters.

• How to break agreement with the spirit of Saul and walk in the heart of David.

• What it means to build a Zion culture where God’s presence dwells and His kingdom advances.

This book is not just information—it’s impartation. It’s a call to the throne.

Throne life is not glamorous. It’s not loud. It’s not flashy. It’s forged in secret places, built on surrender, and anchored in presence. But make no mistake—it’s powerful. It changes atmospheres. It transforms regions. It establishes legacies. And it releases heaven on earth.

A Prophetic Moment

We are not writing this from theory. We are writing it from trenches. From caves. From the school of obscurity. This message has been forged through trials, through tears, through years of learning that the way up is always down.

God is raising up a remnant—a company of believers who will not settle for passive Christianity. A people who live for the audience of One. A generation that knows how to dwell in the presence and release God’s justice into every sphere—family, education, business, government, and the Church.

This is your invitation to join that company.

You are not called to echo what has been. You are called to establish what is coming.

You are not an accident of history. You are an agent of the Kingdom.

You are not waiting to reign someday in heaven. You are called to reign today on earth.

Final Words Before We Begin

The journey of this book is not linear. It is cyclical. You may find yourself in Bethlehem today, Adullam tomorrow, and Hebron the day after. And then suddenly, you may be in Zion—but still called to return to Bethlehem to raise others. That is the nature of leadership. That is the rhythm of reigning.

Throne Life is not a destination. It is a dimension.

It is a dimension of the Spirit where intimacy produces authority, and obedience opens the door to influence. It is the life Jesus modeled, David foreshadowed, and the apostles embraced.

So let us begin.

Lay aside your fear. Silence the voices of comparison. Step into the pattern. Embrace the process. And take your seat—not in arrogance, but in alignment. Not in control, but in covenant.

You were born for this.

You were chosen for this.

You were called to live the Throne Life.
