Our Founders
Tony and Kathy Miller were in ministry together for over 40 years. God commissioned Tony and Kathy to hold up the hands of front line leaders around the globe and to be one of those that truly was a Pastor to Pastors.
From their humble beginnings as youth ministers in 1978 to launching a new church in South Florida in 1990 until moving to Oklahoma City in 2006 we have seen the fruit of their strategic leadership and dynamic preaching as signs and wonders follow their labor of love. Tony and Kathy helped birth numerous churches throughout the world and through their ministry trained over 300,000 leaders face to face.

Tony Rivera is a Missional Thinker and mobilizer for the gospel. He, along with his wife, Dianna, serve as the founding pastors of Citi Church in Miami, Florida; a vibrant, multiethnic, and multilingual congregation with a passion for community transformation. Citi Church operates community outreach programs as well as Citi Christian Academy, a Christian private school for underserved children.
Pastor Tony is also the Founder of AIMDESTINY, a network of churches that spans across Latin America and the Caribbean. Along with developing pastors, he helps develop auto-sustainability models for ministries and hosts international missions teams.
